Biography

Joldisson Custódio, credited in his scientific publications as Custódio Francisco Paulo Joldisson, is an Angolan technology entrepreneur specialising in telecommunications, network engineering, digital infrastructure and communication technologies. With more than 13 years of professional experience in Angola and France, he brings expertise in Mesh networks, fibre optics, cybersecurity, systems administration, AI applied to networks, Edge computing and technology project management. He is the Founder and CEO of DARCI IA — Déploiement Autonome de Réseaux de Communication par Intelligence Artificielle, a Franco-Angolan company dedicated to developing autonomous, intelligent, decentralised and resilient communication infrastructure. Scientific Research and Innovation His work includes applied research in autonomous networks, distributed systems, decentralised communication and operational continuity. He is the author of scientific papers available on the French open archive HAL Open Science, including studies on the DARCI IA architecture, autonomous Mesh networks, the DARCI Academy initiative and TRL-6 experimental validation with preparation for TRL-7. Strategic Vision As Founder and CEO, he leads DARCI IA's strategic vision and technological development, championing research, innovation and solutions focused on digital sovereignty and technological independence.
